Ingredients:

  • Crust:
  • 1 ¼ cups graham cracker crumbs (or similar crumbs)
  • 50 g melted butter
  • Filling:
  • 350 g Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 lemon (zest)
  • 2 lemons (juice)
  • 1 package Agar-Agar or gelatine
  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • (optional) shaved dark chocolate

Instructions:

Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter together and press into cake form (spring form Ø 25 or glass form). Bake at 180 for about 10 minutes.

Then mix all of the other ingredients together and add to the cake form. Let cool at least 4 hours or overnight. Top with shaved dark chocolate (use potato peeler).
