Chocolate brownie balls (no sugar, vegan)

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups raw walnut halves (162 g)
- 1 cup Medjool dates (188 g; soft & squishy; pits removed)
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder (24 g)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (6 g)
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt (2 g)
- Additional cocoa powder, for coating (optional, but makes more bitter)
Instructions:
In a large food processor, blitz the walnuts until they are fine. Add the cut-up, pitted dates with the rest of the ingredients and blitz until well mixed. Form into balls and cool. Store the balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
