Ingredients:
- 1 28-oz. cans tomatoes
- ¾ cup white sugar
- ¾ cup vinegar
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a small pot. Boil until darkened and bit thicker (about 10-15 minutes on simmer). Can be thickened more with 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water added to the simmering mixture.
