Lemon and poppyseed loaf

Ingredients:
- 200 g white sugar
- 3 eggs
- 250 ml milk
- 250 ml oil
- juice and zest of 2 lemons
- 300 g flour
- 1 Tablespoon baking powder
- 1 Tablespoon poppyseeds
Instructions:
Beat eggs and sugar together, then add all of the other ingredients and mix until the batter is smooth. Pour into one long (e.g. 30 cm) or two small (e.g. 20 cm) parchment-lined loaf pans.
